Tranquility is finished and the joy's of upside down nappin'

Hello Everyone !!!
Here is the King of Upside Down Nappin', aka Cody, aka Monster.
I'm bettin' that it made a few of you giggle, hope no one spit their drink on their screen.

Well, I have another finish, just the stitchin' part, I still have to figure out how I want to finish it.

"Tranquility" by The Sweetheart Tree
Kit contained DMC thread, WDW Wisteria, white Cats-eye Luminescent Hearts, Mill Hill beads and 32ct Lilac linen from Zweigart.
The second row of backstitched lines is off by one thread, because the pattern was off. It should have looked the same as the bottom section, but I didn't notice it until I had stitched quite a bit and I refused to do any more froggin'. I already had my fill of that on this piece.

  1. This piece is beautiful...hmmm....I am not sure how I would finish it either...too big for a pillow....

You just completed a needleroll...mmmm....it is so beautiful I might just put it in a nice frame!

  2. It looks lovely, I would say needleroll, but you just did one. OH well. Your dog looks too funny like that.

  4. Tranquility looks great - Funny the things the stitcher notices as opposed to the spectator. I can't see any problems with it! Love the pic of your dog.

  6. Beautiful finish. Congrats. Love that picture of your dog too.
I would suggest needle roll, flat fold or cube.

  8. This is stunning! I wouldn't have admitted it was off a row, we would have all thought it was supposed to be that way :) I am the "Queen of Fixing not Frogging"!!!
